If mandatory local law provides otherwise, those provisions prevail for consumers in the relevant jurisdiction.

Cosmic PCTS encourages amicable resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms. Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact Cosmic PCTS and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the United States of America.

The Service is controlled and operated from facilities of Cosmic PCTS or its service providers. Cosmic PCTS makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

If you access the Service from outside your jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, distance-selling, or electronic-commerce rights that apply to you under local law.
